The site is owned and operated by Young Indian Revolution Pvt. Ltd., Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, GSTIN 09AABCE1234F1Z5. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create an account or place an order. Our books are for children, but the purchase is made by you.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Give us accurate registration and delivery details — we are not liable for a delivery that fails because the address or phone number you supplied was wrong. Tell us at youngindianrevolution@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• •All prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable GST.
• •Illustrations, cover art and colours are shown as accurately as we can, but printing and screen differences mean the book you receive may vary slightly in shade or trim.
• •Age recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee of what will suit a particular child.
• •Stock is limited. Listing a book on the site is an invitation to offer, not a binding offer to sell.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it. If an item is listed at a manifestly incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour that price.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where stock has run out, the price or listing was wrong, we cannot deliver to your PIN code, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

Payments are processed by PayU. Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered on the gateway's systems and never reach us. If a payment fails or is left in an unconfirmed state, your order will not be dispatched until the gateway confirms the payment or you retry it from your account page. Any amount debited for a failed order is refunded to the original payment method.

We ship across India through third-party couriers. Dispatch and delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes and other events outside our control. Risk in the books passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

• •You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched, by writing to us.
• •If a book arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
• •Because these are printed books, we cannot accept returns of items that have been written in, coloured in or otherwise used, except where they were faulty when they arrived.
• •Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of our confirming the return.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

The Ekdant name and logo, the illustrations, characters, page layouts, text and the design of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Buying a book gives you a copy to use at home or in a single classroom — it does not transfer any rights in the content. You may not scan, photocopy, redistribute, resell or make derivative works from our material, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• •Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to place fraudulent orders.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or our data.
• •Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or interfere with its normal operation.
• •Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringes anyone's rights.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

The site and the books are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your use of the site being interrupted. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights to approach a consumer forum where you live.

For any complaint about an order or about these terms, write to our Grievance Officer at youngindianrevolution@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
